Scope worked and hierarchical reporting: Organization of EcoTrail Paris within the operational coordination center under the direction of the operational coordinator, project managers and race management
Internal and external contacts: associations, institutions (municipalities, prefectures, department, region), suppliers, service providers, volunteers, etc.
Challenges :
The 17th edition of EcoTrail Paris will take place on Saturday March 16, 2024 and will bring together nearly 15,000 participants over 7 events ranging from a distance of 10km to 80km.

You will participate in the organization and success of this trail-running event by respecting the specifications and guaranteeing effective logistical coordination.
The EcoTrail Paris is a committed event and we aim to limit the impact of this event on the environment. The operational coordination center that you will join transposes this commitment to its missions.
Missions :
Operational coordination before the event:
material management (inventory, formalization of needs, distribution)
participation in the development of various deliverables (schedules, technical files, plans, etc.)
Participation in the recruitment and management of operational teams
purchasing management in correlation with the budget
Operational coordination during the event:
control of compliance of operational deployment with specifications
management of global material logistics
coordination of teams and different service providers
Participation in the development of post-event reports
Participation in the operational coordination of other events

Desired qualifications:
Required level of studies: BAC+3 / BAC+5
Required qualities: rigor, autonomy, maturity, responsiveness, sense of contact, sense of organization, knowledge of the trail-running environment is a plus
Required skills: mastery of Office office tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
Driving license B
