Sodikart, the world’s leading manufacturer of karts, is looking for an event assistant in
internship. The company, through its events division 3MK Events, has been organizing racing races since 2010.
kart competition and leisure in France and internationally (NSK, RMCIT, RMCGF, SWS Finals).
Attached to the marketing and communications department, under the responsibility of the manager
event you participate in the organization of our events.

MISSIONS
You participate with the 3MK Events team (5 people) in the organization of national events
and international events linked to our karting activity: 8 events per year.
• Participation in the organization of events: reception of pilots, administration,
merchandising, podium ceremony, entertainment during the event…
• Management of the store, stocks and merchandising products
• Participation in the communication strategy and promotion of events via
different channels (newsletter, social networks, websites, etc.)
• Administration of the various 3MK Events event websites
• Preparation of various administrative and pre-event communication supports
(goodies, affiches, flyers, PLV…)
• Management of 3MK Events + official team stewardship (Hotels, catering, etc.)

Qualification :

PROFILE
Currently in event training in the world of sport, license/master level, you
are looking for a 6-month end-of-study internship between January and September (ideally from March to August
2025).
Your dynamism, motivation and curiosity will make you the ideal candidate. The position requires
weekday and weekend travel during events. Your ability to integrate into
our environment remains the most important.
Your interpersonal skills and your ability to work in a team and with the company’s different departments
are expected skills.
Fluency in English is mandatory.
