Political leaders of the world reacted this Monday with shock before the russian bombing civilian targets this morning in cities such as kyiv, Lviv and Zaporizhia in Ukraine that left at least ten dead and sixty wounded, some attacks that for the UN represent an “unacceptable escalation” of the war.

Following the attacks, US Secretary of State Antony Blinken called his Ukrainian counterpart, Dymitro Kuleba, to express his country’s support. “I have just spoken with Dymitro Kuleba to reiterate US support for Ukraine following the horrific attacks on the Kremlin this morning. We will continue to provide economic, humanitarian and security assistance so that Ukraine can defend itself and protect its people,” Blinken said on Twitter.

Conviction in the European Union
