International Quran Competition: International Quran Competition in Makkah in September; Five and a half crore rupees prize

The King Abdul Aziz International Quran Recitation Competition will be held in Makkah in September this year, according to the Saudi Ministry of Islamic Affairs.

Riyadh: The King Abdulaziz International Competition will be held in Makkah in September this year under the patronage of King Salman, King Salman of Saudi Arabia. The competition is in various stages such as an).

Sheikh Abdul Latif Al-Sheikh, Minister of Islamic Affairs, said that the competition was organized to showcase the talents of children in different parts of the world and to promote their knowledge of the Qur’an. The competition has been going on for 40 years. The winners of this year’s competition will get a prize of around Rs 5.5 crore. The Saudi Ministry of Islamic Affairs has invited government agencies, ministries, associations and Islamic organizations from all over the world to take part in the competition. The procedures for participating in the competition have to be completed through the Saudi Embassies in the respective countries.
