The Spanish media, El Economista, dedicated an article to the so-called “Bukele phenomenon”, referring to the policies of President Nayib Bukele, who has achieved a positive transformation in El Salvador, turning it into a role model for the countries of America.
«Imagine a country that, until recently, was one of the most dangerous in the world, and that is now a true raft, an oasis of security. This is the phenomenon that is occurring in El Salvador, a kind of miracle that promises to make Bukele the president with the most votes in the history of the country,” highlights El Economista.
Likewise, it highlights the drastic decrease in the country’s crime rates, a product of the security strategies implemented at the initiative of President Bukele, such as the Exception Regime, which has become the most successful policy on the matter, pointing to overwhelming support by the population.
«El Salvador is experiencing a renaissance under the leadership of Nayib Bukele. A country that has overcome security challenges and is emerging as an economic success story,” the article states.
