The clinical nutritionist explained that it is not required to follow intermittent fasting throughout the week, as it is possible for a person wishing to lose weight to follow it for a period of only two to three days each week, pointing out that the idea of losing weight basically depends on the amount and number of calories. Entering the body throughout the day, the less the body begins to lose weight.

She explained that there are drinks that are allowed to be consumed during the period of intermittent fasting, namely:

Caffeine drinks, without adding any sugar either.
