Robin Gordon is worried. However, the company of which he has been the managing director since 2013, and one of three partners, is doing well. Interiman Group, which operates in Switzerland for the placement and training of temporary and permanent staff, has the particularity of being made up of 11 specialized brands, including Hotelis (recruitment in the hotel and catering industry), Medicalis (health and social) or once more Interima (construction, logistics, industry and watchmaking). A specificity which has led it to become leader in the sector since 2022, with a turnover of 562 million francs, or +18% compared to 2021.
Last year, its position was consolidated with a turnover of 590 million, up 5.8% in a market which will nevertheless decline by 7 to 8%. The group today has 70 agencies, 520 employees and around 6,500 temporary employees on average per day who work for its client companies.
