Argentina Embassy Commercial Head Franco Agustin Senilliani expressed his interest in starting a football school for children in Kerala. He had come to Kerala House to express his gratitude for supporting the country in Qatar World Cup. The visit of the embassy head came following the Argentina Football Association thanked Kerala through its official Twitter account.
Franco said that he would like to thank the football fans and media workers in Kerala who supported Argentina in the World Cup and would look into the possibilities of cooperation with Kerala in the fields of agriculture and fisheries apart from football. He also informed that Argentine Ambassador Hugo Javier Gobi and his team will arrive in Kerala soon.
