The Interamerican group publishes the new Sustainability Report for the year 2022, which reflects the company’s commitment to Sustainability issues and the way in which they are organically integrated into its business activity.
Through this Report, Interamerican communicates the essential sustainability issues of the group, as they have arisen in cooperation with all its stakeholders, the performance and the commitments it has undertaken in ESG matters, specifically in the reduction of the environmental footprint of its operation, the its positive impact on society and responsible entrepreneurship practices.
An important part of this year’s report is the incorporation of Double Materiality, a pioneering step to identify Interamerican’s material ESG issues that affect the company’s financial performance, as well as the impact of the company’s activities on the environment, the economy and society.
The Report has been prepared in accordance with the guidelines of the new international GRI standards (GRI Universal Standards 2021), as well as with the standards of the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB Standards) and has been posted on the company’s website (English version).
