THE musical THEATRE Aktif, adapted from the lyrics of the song by singer Tulus, successfully gave the audience a feeling of up and down emotions. This is because the plot is sometimes full of laughter, sadness, annoyance, and mixed up.
Before the musical drama began, Friday (16/8), Tulus said in a short video, “Thank you for coming and having the opportunity to watch the musical theater, Aktif. This work is an adaptation of my song lyrics. Thank you for your appreciation and support.”
Tulus also expressed his hopes, he said “Hopefully this work will be well received by friends.”
The musical theater Interaction will be held on August 16-25, 2024 at Graha Bakti Budaya, Taman Ismail Marzuki, Central Jakarta.
Synopsis of Interaction Musical Theatre
It started in high school, when a boy named Dio had a girl friend named Nadia. Since high school, Dio really liked Nadia. Nadia is the type of girl who always has a boyfriend.
After graduating from high school, the two rarely met because of their respective busy jobs. Until one day, Dio met Nadia and tried to express his feelings that he had kept hidden for eight years.

After harboring her feelings for quite some time, at the same time, Nadia revealed that she already had a boyfriend, and was dating her office friend, Fajar.
Dio felt disappointed, sad, and heartbroken, until he decided to move on. During the process of moving on, Dio met Matahari, his office friend. With a warm, patient, cheerful, and sincere personality, Matahari managed to make Dio fall in love, until finally they both started dating.
However, it is very unfortunate, on the other hand there are moments where the audience feels disappointed, sad, and even annoyed with Dio.

Their story of loving themselves, loving others, and appreciating life goes on with twists and turns. Every step of the decision taken provides valuable lessons for life in the future.
In accordance with the title Interaction, this story is also wrapped in an ensemble or like supporting roles or extras who succeed in enlivening the atmosphere throughout the room full of laughter.
After the screening was over, one of the viewers said that every scene made them sad and had ups and downs, from happy to laughing.
“This is the first time watching a theater like this. When I watched it, it was really fun, the acting and sound were good. There were scenes that were the most memorable to the point of feeling really sad. Scenes that went up and down (in feelings), like happy, laughing, then suddenly really sad,” said Rizki, one of the audience who watched the musical theater performance of Aktif, at Taman Ismail Marzuki, Central Jakarta, Friday (16/8).
