In Serie A, a three-way battle for the title is looming.

Inter were unable to benefit from AC Milan’s 1-1 draw on Friday night. At relegation contenders Genoa, the reigning champions drew 0-0 and failed to push the Rossoneri, who were two points ahead, off the top of the table. Inter have now been without a win for 4 Serie A games. It was the 5th draw in a row for the table penultimate Genoa.

Milan had previously drawn 1-1 at home once morest Udinese. Rafael Leao (29′) gave the home side the lead, Destiny Udogie (66′) equalised. On Sunday, Napoli might draw level with Milan with a win at Lazio. Like Inter, the Neapolitans played one game less than the leader. It remains to be seen whether Juventus, who visit Empoli on Saturday, can still intervene in the championship fight. After all, the Allegri squad is already 10 points behind the leaders.
