Inter Milan is still at the top of the table after the fourth round of Serie A without losing any points. The Italian football champions outclassed AC Milan 5-1 (2-0) in the city derby on Saturday with ÖFB team striker Marko Arnautovic starting in the 64th minute. Red Bull Salzburg’s group opponent in the Champions League leads with twelve points, two points ahead of Juventus (3-1 against Lazio) and three ahead of Milan.
