Intensive coverage M “Why is my address?” The address where I live has changed without my knowledge

◀ Anchor ▶

Someone moved my address to another area without my knowledge and took out a large amount of loan using my house as collateral.

New charter scams linked to illegal loan organizations are emerging one following another.

First, let’s look at reporter Hong Shin-young’s report.

There are two houses in this case.

A villa in Hapjeong-dong, Pyeongtaek, Gyeonggi-do, and an officetel in Gimpo, Gyeonggi-do.

A newlywed couple named Lim lives in Pyeongtaek Villa.

In February of last year, I signed a charter contract for 150 million won.

However, 10 months later, I received a call from the bank asking if the address had changed.

What happened to the Lim couple who have never moved and continue to live in Pyeongtaek?

Mr. Lim took off an abstract of resident registration.

The current residence is listed as an officetel in Gurae-dong, Gimpo, Gyeonggi-do.

A place I’ve never been to.

This is the moving-in report of Mr. and Mrs. Lim’s officetel in Gurae-dong, Gimpo.

The officetel landlord is Mr. Jo, the landlord of a villa in Pyeongtaek.

Mr. Cho posted Mr. and Mrs. Lim as his cohabitants, but their contact information and stamps were all fake.

″It’s not my dojang, it’s just dug up with a makdojang and reported like this, so the documents themselves are too lax… ″

While Mr. Lim’s address was moved, a mortgage of 60 million won was taken in front of the house in Pyeongtaek where Mr. Lim lives.

It was a loan that did not exist at the time of the charter contract.

On paper, Lim lives in Gimpo.

The villa in Pyeongtaek was supposed to have no tenants, so if the house was sold, Mr. Lim might not get the jeonse deposit.

I signed up for guarantee insurance, but it is useless as it says that I have already moved to Gimpo.

″If the bank hadn’t called, we would have known regarding it on the day we rented out. It would have been really out of hand then.”

Mr. Lim is filing an administrative lawsuit at a cost of over 10 million won to invalidate Mr. Cho’s false move-in report.
