The division dedicated to IT solutions and services of the Intelcia Group, Intelcia IT Solutions, has just launched the Smartforce Academy. Founded in partnership with D&A Technologies, integrator of Salesforce solutions in Morocco and abroad, the structure will be entirely dedicated to learning the tool in question. Intelcia IT Solutions employees were able to benefit from 250 training courses and certifications. The objective set for this IT division by 2025 is to achieve a turnover of 50 million euros. “The Smartforce Academy is a first in Morocco, insofar as we offer training to students whereas it is generally addressed to executives already in post.
Another novelty of this partnership with D&A Technologies, the premises of the Smartforce Academy have been set up within the offices of Intelcia IT Solutions, with the aim of bringing future graduates closer to the working environment. During their internship, these same students will benefit from supervision from both D&A Technologies and Intelcia IT Solutions,” announced Malika Ahmidouch, CEO Intelcia IT Solutions, on the occasion.
Concretely, the Smartforce Academy is intended for engineering students at the end of their course during their internship and their end-of-study project (PFE). The future trainee winners will be accompanied by experts and will obtain 2 Salesforce certifications during a 6-month course. The students, who will stand out, would be on the way to pre-employment within the teams of Intelcia IT Solutions.
The first promotion of this program is made up of 40 students who were selected during the month of December 2022 when Intelcia IT Solutions teams crisscrossed Morocco to meet the 260 candidates pre-selected from among 2,000 applicants from 45 schools. of Moroccan engineers from all branches of the 6 regions of the country.
