A Intelbras (INTB3), a Brazilian technology development company with 47 years of history, participated in the 15th edition of the event Senai World, carried out with the aim of encouraging the insertion of people into the job market and promoting professional training. According to a study carried out by CNI (National Confederation of Industry), around 800 thousand people who live and work in Santa Catarina will have to qualify or requalify by 2025, in order to meet the demands of the industry. When the calculation is made for all of Brazil, this number rises to 9.6 million.

“Our mission is to make technology more accessible for everyone. We are sowing the foundations of knowledge, fostering employment opportunities and stimulating the entrepreneurial spirit in people, in order to help them see positive perspectives so that they can build a prosperous future for themselves and their families. Events such as Mundo Senai also encourage the professional training of people from Santa Catarina”, stated Marta Nunes, technical training supervisor at Intelbras.

On the occasion, the Intelbras Instrutiva lecture was presented, led by company employees Marta Nunes, technical training supervisor, and Karoline Martins, training and development analyst, in which participants were able to learn about the company’s main education projects, such as Knowledge Academy: Intelbras Itec and the Knowledge Portal. Through Intelbras Itec, the company promotes training courses, with eighteen laboratories in partnership with Senai, located in five states in Brazil (Amazonas, Goiás, Minas Gerais, São Paulo and Santa Catarina) and the Federal District. In the spaces, courses are offered to the institution’s students in the areas of electronic security, home automation, telecom and information technology.

The Mundo Senai event is also part of the 6th Contrate-me Talent Fair, which helps anyone looking to invest in their career to gain a new position in the job market. For companies, the action offers the opportunity to come into contact with different markets and specialties, as it brings together professionals from across the country.
