Intel fixes a big Windows bug, the Poco F5 is official, this is the recap

The blue screens of death problems on Windows 10 and 11 are finally solved, Xiaomi officially unveils its Poco F5, the government is preparing new measures concerning ZFEs for 2023… welcome to the recap of the day before!

Good news for Windows users and Xiaomi aficionados: the blue screen of death problem caused by the latest update has been fixed, while the Poco F5 was treated to an official presentation that gives water to the mouth. Bad news on the other hand for motorists driving with a polluting vehicle: the restrictions of the ZFE will be reinforced from January 1st.

Intel rolls out fix for latest Windows Blue Screens of Death

It all started last week, when Microsoft rolled out a fairly standard security update to users. Unfortunately, it contained a terrible bug that led to many blue screens of death for them. If a temporary solution was available, we were still waiting for a real fix from the firm. It was finally Intel that came to the rescue with an update to its Wi-Fi and Bluetooth drivers. Xiaomi officially unveils its Poco F5

The Redmi K60, which will certainly be baptized Poco F5 in our region, had its presentation yesterday. The Redmi K60 Pro, Redmi K60, and Redmi K60E all feature an OLED display with 120Hz refresh rate, Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor, and 8-12 or 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM. There is a 5,000 mAh battery on the Redmi K60 Pro and 5,500 mAh on the Redmi K60 and Redmi K60E. The smartphone stands out with a 50 MP Sony IMX800 main sensor.

The ZFEs will evolve in a few days

Since their establishment in 2015, the EPZs have been continuously strengthened by the government. While this provides for the creation of 43 new ZFEs by 2024, new measures are already in preparation for 1 January. As of this date, all Crit’Air 5 vehicles will be prohibited from circulating in the ZFEs. Other restrictions will come into effect during the year.
