The processor Intel Core i5-14600K in desktop version it will have 10% better performance compared to its predecessor. At least, that’s what some leaked benchmarks of the brand’s 14th generation chip indicate, shared by user Enthusiast Citizen.
Performance in Cinebench 2024 and R23
The mark of 10% more performance compared to its previous generation equivalent can be seen in the Cinebench 2024 results. In this sense, the CPU proved to be superior in both single and multi-threading. In Cinebench R23, the numbers drop slightly to 5%.
It is worth remembering that the new Intel processor will arrive with a total of 14 cores and 20 threads, 6 performance cores and 8 efficiency cores. Furthermore, it provides 24MB of L3 cache as well as 20B of L2 cache and works at frequencies of 3.5 GHz, with a boost of 5.3 GHz.
Another important information concerns almost the entire line of 14th generation Intel processors. In this case, the values were revealed by a Canadian retailer and if they are confirmed, it means that the new products will have a 3% increase in prices compared to the 13th generation. Check out:
