Intel 12th generation ‘GIGABYTE G-series’ gaming laptop pre-order proceeded

Gigabyte’s official import distributor, S-Rise, announced that it is proceeding with pre-orders for G-series gaming laptops equipped with Intel’s 12th generation Elder Lake CPUs.

Compared to its predecessor, the G series features many improvements in design and performance. The company emphasized that it meets the needs of gamers and creators with a forward-looking design that stimulates gamers’ emotions, a MUX switch (limited to some models), and graphic performance.

The new GIGABYTE G series will be released in 15.6 inch G5 and 17.3 inch G7, and 12th generation Elderlake i5-12500H CPU (12 cores, 16 threads) is applied. Through the 12th generation CPU with Intel’s Big + Little Core, you can expect improved power efficiency compared to the existing battery power. It is also equipped with the RTX30 series, so you can enjoy your favorite games anytime, anywhere.

The user can directly set the external GPU activation (non-optimus) through the MUX switch mounted on the RTX 3060 model. Delays that occur in games that require high performance can be minimized and the frame rate can be increased by an average of 8%.

Thanks to the thinner thickness and slimmer bezel compared to the previous generation, it is equipped with a larger display, but the advantage is that it is lighter in weight.
