Subsequently, the list of imported cars will be expanded. Conceptual Tavascan debuted three years ago, and most recently it was published the first image of the production version on the MEB platform. The crossover will enter the market in 2024, but the full premiere should take place earlier.

The “jubilee” was the Lada Granta sedan in the maximum configuration to date with two airbags and air conditioning. By the end of the year, Togliatti plans to produce another 20,000 cars. The Association of European Businesses has published its new car sales statistics in Russia for November. If Autostat takes as a basis registration vehicles in the traffic police and takes into account unofficial sales, the AEB operates only with official data from automakers, which have many gaps (BMW, Mercedes, Chery, GM), but light commercial vehicles are taken into account. According to the AEB, 46,403 new cars were sold on the Russian market in November, which is 61.6% less than a year earlier. The cumulative result of the eleven months of 2022 is 549,000 vehicles (a decrease of 60.9%). The absolute bestseller of the market is Lada Granta (80,370 units for January-November), and among light commercial vehicles – Gazelle (26,281 copies of two generations).
