Leite highlighted the fact that the investors have achieved the company’s agreement to settle in Paraguay. “This is a great advance, since an American company like Hard Rock, Hotel and Casino cannot go somewhere without having the peace of mind that the country where it is going to establish itself has certain serious legal gaming rules; That is also good for Paraguay,” he remarked.
The minister commented that the President of the Republic has also been informed about the architectural studies that are already being completed for the work, which will be taken into account when choosing the specific place where the complex will be installed.
“If God wants, construction will begin before the end of the year, we will work for it; There are still a lot of procedures, but progress is being made and I believe that the most important thing has already been achieved,” he said, referring to the conditions that have already been met for the investment to take place in Paraguay.
This is the second visit that the American businessman has made to the President of the Republic, regarding the investment plan in our country. Simon Falic is the one who leads a group of American businessmen who intend to build and operate the Hard Rock, Hotel and Casino in Ciudad del Este, a project that has an approximate investment amount of between 70 to 80 million dollars.
