Insta360 Flow launched as new stabilizer for mobile phones

Insta360 launched this Wednesday, the 28th, the image stabilizer for Flow smartphones, an accessory aimed at content creators capable of eliminating oscillations in the image, competing directly with the DJI Osmo Mobile 6. The newly launched device arrives as an alternative for people looking for a tripod gimbal.

Among other highlights of Insta360 Flow are the ActiveTrack 5.0 automatic scene tracking feature making it even more useful when recording videos. There is also a built-in 215 mm pole allowing to considerably increase the extension of the accessory for image capture in different formats.

Users can also use “Shot Genie” function to get recommendations on shooting scenes considering 80 preset modes in settings. According to the manufacturer, the built-in battery has autonomy for up to 12 hours of use thanks to the 2,900 mAh battery that comes with the stabilizer and can even serve as a power bank.
