Luong, Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Inspectorate Newspaper, holds the position of Editor-in-Chief of Inspectorate Magazine. At the same time, the decision to appoint 2 other officials was announced.

Speaking at the announcement and awarding ceremony, Deputy General Secretary Nguyen Van Cuong, on behalf of the leaders of the Government Central Committee, congratulated the officers mobilized and appointed on this occasion. At the same time, he affirmed that this is both a great honor and a heavy responsibility. It is necessary to pay close attention, focus and enthusiasm to the tasks assigned by the Party Committee and TTCP leaders.
