Yesterday was my first day off completely since arriving in Miyazaki. The players seemed to be spending their time in their own way. When Yoshio Umika’s eyes lit up as she said, “I ate eel and local chicken,” Yuhi Murakami said, “I ate sushi for lunch and local chicken for dinner. It was refreshing.” make it bounce. She enjoyed Miyazaki’s gourmet food and gained energy for the final stages of the camp.
After the off-day, we held a second practice session today. In the morning, the team warms up, then corrects and checks the build-up.
