Montreal Canadiens fans will have the opportunity to see how the staff works during a draft.

On Tuesday, the organization unveiled the trailer for a documentary where we can follow general manager Kent Hughes and his team during the 2023 amateur auction.
« Si Jeff [Gorton] and I seem to be heading in a certain direction, it’s just that we’re trying to come to a decision, right? We have to play devil’s advocate. So everyone here should speak up and express their opinion,” Hughes can be seen telling his staff.
On June 28 and 29, the CH drafted nine players. The Belle Province club notably took advantage of their first choice (fifth overall) to get their hands on defender David Reinbacher. It will be interesting to see what led to this decision.
The documentary will be available next Thursday, from 7 p.m., on the Canadian’s YouTube page.
