Innviertel assembly company SGS took over German company

“We are thus strengthening our range of services and offering our customers even more specialist staff and even greater technical know-how,” said SGS Managing Director Christian Gittmaier in a press release on Wednesday.

The acquisition strengthens the presence in the central German economic area and expands the market position in mechanical assembly and maintenance. This will enable customers to be served even more flexibly and quickly, says SGS owner Werner Griesmaier. In 2019, SGS Industrial Services, founded in 2003, took over Bähr Anlagenbau GmbH in Düsseldorf in order to expand its services in the field of electrical assembly.
