The WAEMU Commission (West African Economic and Monetary Union; 8 countries) is preparing a package of measures in favor of key sectors such as agriculture, food security and energy.
Details will be unveiled on December 13 in Lomé.
On the energy component, WAEMU will work with the African Development Bank (AfDB) on the production, transmission and distribution component.
