According to the Organic Act on Ombudsmen 2017, Section 23 (1), the Ombudsman has the power to refer the Constitutional Court for a decision. But it is a matter of qualifications for holding political positions in the Constitution, Section 170, paragraph three, the Election Commission (EC) or members of the House of Representatives of 1 in 10 of the total number of existing members can submit a name to the Constitutional Court for a decision Therefore, it is within the authority of other independent organizations that the Organic Act on Ombudsmen Section 37 (4) prohibits the Ombudsman from taking it into consideration. Currently, the Ombudsman is in the process of making a ruling and has a written notice to the petitioner.
