Enterprise Support also gives access to a dedicated technical manager and guarantees a response time of less than 1 hour.
In its communication, the host at the end of the lake indicates that with the Pro and Enterprise levels, it is possible to benefit from a team dedicated to monitoring its projects, which allows it to be consulted for technical questions concerning these projects. at the rate of 1h/month to 3h/month, depending on the service.
