Webedia will transfer the license of “Dr Good”, now operated by Reworld Media, to the subsidiary of Vivendi. The monthly sold more than 164,000 copies.

C’is a blow for Reworld Media and a good catch for Prisma Media, a subsidiary of the Vivendi group, controlled by the family of Vincent Bolloré. According to our information, the magazine of Michel Cymes Dr Good ! will be operated by Prisma Media from 1is next June, replacing Reworld Media, Pascal Chevalier’s company. Owned by Webedia, the company of Marc Ladreit de Lacharrière which transfers the license to a third party (Reworld today and Prisma tomorrow), Dr Good has been a real success on newsstands since its launch in September 2017.
