The influencer Catalina Salazar, popularly known as iCata, was announced as the new member of the reality show “Big Brother.”
The young woman’s arrival was made official early this Friday, following the animators, Julio César Rodríguez and Diana Bolocco, confirmed the participant to enter the “most famous house in the world.”
Shortly following the news was announced, viewers brought up on social media an interview that the cosplayer gave to the newspaper. The fourth in 2019, in which he criticized this type of reality television formats.
Specifically, the 29-year-old journalist explained the reason that led her to reject the proposal to participate in the program that Mega was then preparing to broadcast on its screens.
“I got other projects on radio and TV. And they were more valuable than a reality show,” he told the aforementioned newspaper.

“I had thought regarding it more because of the money issue and all that, but when I’m 30 and I’m a failure, that’s where I get involved. I’m still fine,” she argued.
