(AOF) – Indosuez Wealth Management acquires 70% of Wealth Dynamics Ltd, a fintech founded in 2012 that provides client lifecycle management solutions to private banks, wealth management and asset management players across the world. This acquisition of a majority stake is an extension of the collaboration initiated in 2019 between Indosuez, its subsidiary Azqore, which specializes in the outsourcing of Information Systems and in the processing of banking transactions for private banking players and wealth management, and Wealth Dynamix.
The solutions developed by Wealth Dynamix reinforce the quality of the service offered by the user institutions by contributing to the fluidification and personalization of the relationship between the banker and his client (360 vision, prospecting, entering into a relationship, KYC review, etc.), to the promotion selfcare and the digitization of processes related to compliance with regulations.
This acquisition strengthens Azqore’s position by completing its platform on a key element of customer relationship management, accelerating its innovation dynamic with the integration of new technical skills and benefiting from the agility of this profitable fintech. .
