Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison Inaugurates AI-Based Digital Intelligence Operation Center

Indosat collaborates with Huawei, records new milestone(MI)

INDOSAT Ooredoo Hutchison (Indosat or IOH) in collaboration with Huawei, has recorded a new milestone in its digital transformation journey through the inauguration of the Digital Intelligence Operation Center (DIOC).

DIOC was established as Indosat’s network operations center to provide real-time insights and proactive service management, combining the reliability of Network Operations Center (NOC) and Service Operations Center (SOC) functions.

DIOC is considered the largest AI (Artificial Intelligence) operating technology in Asia. The use of AI in Indosat’s operating system is immediately intended to fulfill customer experience in using services to networking at Indosat. This is also done to encourage the community to increasingly prioritize technological developments.

President Director and CEO of Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison, Vikram Sinha said, with this AI technology, it is hoped that it can provide satisfaction and benefits to users.

“Digital Intelligence Operation Center marks a new chapter in realizing our ambition to become an AI-based telecommunications company. Through DIOC, Indosat not only improves network performance but also revolutionizes customer service. The integration of advanced technology and talent development, is a combination in setting new standards in network performance and customer satisfaction. This collaboration is key to realizing our mission in connecting and empowering every Indonesian through digital connectivity,” he said.

Currently, AI itself has become a sign that existing technological developments are pushing the world towards a better direction than before, this was developed by Indosat through its collaboration with Huawei with the launch of DIOC (Digital Intelligence Operations Center) which turned out to provide great benefits to customers and the work system at Indosat itself.

DIOC has a very superior role in providing Real-time Network Insights, for real-time network performance optimization. DIOC also provides End-to-End Service Management, including performance, application experience, and service quality, which accelerates customer problem resolution.

Data-Driven Innovation is also an advantage of DIOC because it allows Indosat to develop new products and services that focus on customers, as well as lead in the advancement of digital services.
