“Indigenization in the UAE Private Sector: Updates and Future Plans”

Abu Dhabi: The indigenization implemented in the private sector will continue even following 2026, said Dr. UAE Minister of Indigenization of Human Resources. Abdul Rahman Al Awar informed. According to the federal law currently implemented in the UAE, the goal is to increase naturalization by two percent each year and reach ten percent by 2026. It is also reported that authorities are taking strict action once morest private companies that do not comply with this.
