He performed nudity and masturbated on a 14-year-old girl on a flight from Honolulu, Hawaii to Boston. The incident took place on May 27, 2022. According to the complaint, his actions were covered with a blanket. The girl herself gave an affidavit once morest him in the Boston court. It is stated in the affidavit that he did this kind of obscene act on the plane for five hours. The court was also told that the girl, who felt uncomfortable with his actions, had shifted to another seat.
After the plane landed, the girl informed her family. They informed the security officials at the airport. The officers questioned him but he responded that he did not remember anything.
