The property of India’s famous actress Shilpa Shetty’s husband worth around Rs 97 crore has been confiscated in the Ponzi scam. The properties to be seized include Shilpa Shetty’s Mumbai apartment.
The Enforcement Directorate had ordered the seizure of movable and immovable property of businessman Raj Kundra. In the Bitcoin case, Rajkundra has received a shock of about billion rupees.
The property to be seized includes stocks and a bungalow in Pune, Maharashtra.
Rajkundra is accused of obtaining bitcoins worth Rs 6,600 crore in 2017 on false promises. Rajkundra acquired a total of 285 bitcoins to create a bitcoin mining farm.
