Mumbai: BCCI President Roger Binny visited Pakistan ahead of the opening ceremony of the Asia Cup. Binny and vice-president Rajeev Shukla came to Pakistan on the invitation of the Pakistan Cricket Board. This is the first time in 17 years that two BCCI officials are going to Pakistan. Both returned to India through Wagah border.

After the visit, Binny shares an important piece of information. He is talking about the India-Pakistan series. His explanation is as follows… “BCC cannot say much in this matter. The government should take a decision in this regard. Let’s wait and see what happens. I think positive things will happen in the upcoming ODI World Cup.

Because they are coming here. PCB prepared a grand reception. Enjoyed the matches and talked a lot. Cricket is an important medium to solve problems. Check out the 2004 tour. That atmosphere made for great camaraderie,” Binny said. Shukla also praised PCB’s hospitality.

When the two met in the group stage, the results were inconclusive. The match was interrupted by rain. The two are also facing each other in the World Cup.
