India headlines third Global South Voice Summit

India held the third Voice of the Global South Summit in virtual format, an event in which it reaffirmed itself as the visible head of developing countries.

Cuba denounced negative impact of unilateral coercive measures.

In his speech at the Third Voice of the Global South Summit, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Cuba, Bruno Rodríguez Parrilla, urged to multiply solidarity and cooperation in the face of coercion, unilateralism and selfishness.

In that sense, he pointed out that if we really hope to move forward towards the development of all these countries, it is imperative to articulate a new international economic order and reformulate the current financial architecture.

Likewise, Rodríguez Parrilla expressed that coercive measures such as the United States blockade against the Greater Antilles is a serious obstacle to the full achievement of economic and social development.

In addition, he pointed out that the arbitrary, fraudulent and unprovable inclusion of Cuba in the State Department’s unilateral list of alleged nations.
