Asunción, IP Company.– The president of the Nationwide Institute for Rural and Land Improvement, Francisco Ruiz Díaz, reported that inside 30 days the supply of property titles will start within the settlements of La Amistad de Capiatá and Divino Niño Jesús de Areguá, within the Central division.
The establishment highlights that it’s the first time that titles will likely be delivered to rural properties within the division and that subsequently a process of huge formalization of settlements will start on this and different communities within the space.
On this regard, this week the huge land survey will start, consisting of the measurement and division of the properties of the settlement.
This technical work will take roughly one week, for subsequent registration within the Cadastre and the Basic Directorate of Public Registries. Beginning in roughly 30 days, the primary titles will likely be delivered on this division, says Indert.
Within the La Amistad settlement of Capiatá, greater than 90 property titles will likely be delivered and within the metropolis of Areguá, practically 80 titles.
The work previous to the formalization means of the agricultural lands of Areguá is carried out in coordination with the mayor’s workplace and the native Municipal Board.
Warning about unscrupulous folks
However, Ruiz Díaz warned about unscrupulous folks and teams that attempt to defraud individuals who handle their property title, asking them for cash.
In that sense, he clarified that the technical work previous to titling has no price for the inhabitants, the service is free for candidates who solely need to pay for his or her heaps.
