The final word

There is no such thing as a stupid job, one of my professors told me when I told him of my intention to become a teacher. It was perhaps the only day when this expression made me smile. Usually I hate her. Hold! We will never say “there is no stupid job” to someone who is destined to become a plastic surgeon, even if he is preparing in good conscience to disfigure part of his clientele by swelling his lips. It is that we are already evaluating his future bank account.

One of my former colleagues said to his students: “There is no stupid job, there are only low salaries.” I think he hit the nail on the head. We’ve come to this in today’s world
