For Corredor there are important advances that should not be cut short by the reality of playing in Primera B: “I liked the team’s attack, we saw many things regarding what we worked on, but making the team have courage and it was achieved today (Monday) to go out playing and in the condition we are in is complicated, but they tried. We wanted to show good football, the team competed and I leave calm because I saw something of what the idea is, with the players we had we tried to adapt to them and propose something of what we had; it is not an excuse but this is with time, with games to gain confidence at the start and exit and, I think that is the summary in the football part.”
For this reason, because they believe in that idea, the president of the club, Maruan David Issa, confirmed that they are all going to B together and with the purpose of returning to First Division: “We do it to give them confidence, this is a project that since We arrived in Neiva 5 months ago, we were aware of the possibility of relegation, regardless of the expectation we had of coming from the group we came from. We offer a sincere apology to the fans, but this continues, we are going to try to put together a team with young and experienced players to face the B with a lot of responsibility and create that Huila project in Colombia.”
