The health authorities of the city of Córdoba fumigate in 50 neighborhoods of the Cordovan capital to prevent the spread of dengue.
The secretary of Prevention and Municipal Community Health Care, Liliana Montero, told Chain 3 that the main thing also has to do, beyond the fumigations, with preventive measures of the neighbors such as junk.
“Fumigation kills the mosquito but not the larva,” he insisted.

“We were with a number of between 10 and 15 neighborhoods with important outbreaks,” he explained and that is why he said that they are targeting almost 50 neighboring neighborhoods.
For 20 days that will be the working system; attack the focus and do prevention.
In addition, Montero stressed that “fumigation helps and kills the mosquito when it flies, but it does not remove larvae or eggs.” “It is very important not to stay calm because the truck passed fumigating. If I dont know they clean containers, we do not weedthere will be mosquitoes back tomorrow,” he remarked
