Paravur: Paravur Block Panchayat President Simna Santhosh inaugurated the renovated Kotuvallikad Aarat jetty and rest center for fishermen. Vice President K.S. Saneesh presided. The renovation was carried out at a cost of Rs 18.39 lakh on 13.5 cents of land provided free of charge by the Kotuvallikad HMY Church to help the fishermen. This ghat is the venue for the Aarat Mahotsavam of the Alungal Sribhadrakali Temple under the Sabha and the finishing point of the Kotuvallikad Jalotsavam. Rakshit sent T.S.
