The Nationwide Institute of Civil Aeronautics (INAC) reported this Saturday that restrictions will probably be maintained for worldwide flights “to and from Venezuela.” By an announcement they launched on Twitter, the INAC indicated that the choice is executed in accordance with the provisions of Notam No. C0930/21 and A0360/21.
“The INAC, in accordance with Article 117 of the Structure, in train of the powers conferred in Article 9 of the Civil Aeronautics Legislation to be able to assure the well being of residents residing in our nation, by insurance policies that permit to mitigate the results of the pandemic, informs most people that restrictions on industrial, common and personal aviation operations proceed,” the assertion reads.
Likewise, they indicated that the one flights which have authorization are industrial air operations “for the switch of passengers, cargo and mail between the sister nations of Turkey, Mexico, Panama, the Dominican Republic, Bolivia and Russia.”
On this sense, they urged journey businesses to not provide flights for different routes as they don’t seem to be approved.
