Zurich (awp) – Real estate company Ina Invest expects to end the current financial year with a net loss of 15 million Swiss francs, following having made a profit of almost 20 million in 2022.

In a press release released Thursday following the stock market close, the subsidiary of the construction group Implenia indicated that the provisional assessments of its real estate portfolio as of December 31 should result as expected in a correction of 2.5% compared to the previous closing.

The SIX-listed company further reported that said correction will have “an impact on profits but not on liquidity”, and that this adjustment corresponds to the “general market trend”, insisting on the fact that the activity has been operationally profitable.
