The first day of May Day attracted large crowds. The most loyal fans took the seats in the very first rows hours before the concert, and before the performance of the Carson Coma Acoustic Trio, those who wanted to have fun arrived in packed lines. In Vásárhely already on April 30, the maypole exploded in the afternoon and evening.
At five o’clock in the afternoon, families with small children gathered in front of the stage in the Népkert to listen to the well-known cartoon hits courtesy of the KAKAOconcert production.
Mayor Péter Márki-Zay greeted the gathered and said that this year the maypole will last for two days, and everything is provided to make everyone feel good.
After the mayor’s greeting, the Seres Brothers entertained the interested parties, whose number had already grown rapidly.
Carson Coma moved not only the young people of Vásárhely, some from the surrounding settlements, but also a group of fans who came to our city from Budapest for the concert.
