Al-Marsad newspaper: Dr. Saleh Al-Shadi, head of the Al-Bayt Higher Music Institute, revealed the truth regarding the news circulating regarding the retirement of the artist Mohamed Abdo.
He said during an interview with Al-Ekhbariya channel: “I expect the retirement to take place during a private ceremony, and this is what is customary according to the protocol. Many people thought that the last concert by the artist Mohamed Abdo yesterday was for retirement, but it was a ceremony dedicated to honoring and presenting distinctive examples from his 60-year journey.”
He added: “I do not think that the issue of retirement is currently on the cards, and if there is a retirement, a special event will be held for it.”
