He continued, “The fat in camel meat is much lower than that of beef, and the cholesterol in camel meat is much lower than that of cows.”
He continued, “In camels, every 100 grams of meat contains only 57 milligrams of cholesterol, while in cows, every 100 grams of meat contains 74 milligrams of cholesterol,” explaining: “Camel meat is characterized by the presence of many unsaturated fatty acids, and these are healthy for the heart.”
