Al-Marsad newspaper: Legal Adviser Turki Al-Harthy revealed the charges once morest the most famous resident Yemeni impostor who claimed to have been assigned to seek Saudi citizenship.
Al-Harthy said, during his appearance on Al-Ekhbariya channel: “The charges once morest this person are speaking regarding matters within the jurisdiction of the guardian, and mentioning things on his tongue, even though he is not affiliated with an official channel, while violating public order.”
He continued: “This person called for an irregular gathering, and spoke regarding matters that were not within his competence. If the state wanted to disclose something, it would be through official channels.”
He continued: “If this person does not face a penalty, he will dare to do more serious matters, and according to Article 41 of the Basic Law of Governance, residents must respect the kingdom’s systems, values and feelings, because we live in one fabric.”
