Al-Marsad Newspaper: Clinical nutritionist Firas Al-Harbi warned once morest eating more than 7 dates in 24 hours.
During an interview with Al-Ikhbariya channel, he said that dates are one of the fruits rich in nutritional values, but when the quantity exceeds a person’s needs, this will be harmful to his health.
He continued, a person is supposed to eat from 3 to 6 dates, or 7 at most, but consuming dates without calculating the quantity is a wrong behavior.
He added, there are cases such as diabetics who do not prefer to get a lot of simple sugars so as not to affect their blood sugar level.
