In the video, a citizen gives the last furnished villa after learning that he has left for Hail in implementation of the jelwa condition in exchange for freeing his son’s neck

Al-Marsad Newspaper: A citizen presented a furnished villa to another citizen following he learned that he and his family had left Al-Khurma Governorate and went to Hail in implementation of the penalty clause imposed on them in return for pardoning their son and freeing his neck.

The journalist Anwar Al-Muhaisen published a video clip on his Twitter account at the moment of the departure of the citizen, Naji Ibn Nassar Al-Subaie, 97, and his children from Al-Khurma, heading to Hail, in implementation of the jelwa condition.

For his part, citizen Radhi Snead Al-Salmani, who presented the furnished villa to Al-Subaie, said: In my name and in the name of the people of Hail in general and Shammar in particular, you are welcome.
